1. Graduate of Titusville High School, Space Coast High School,
    or Astronaut High School.
2. Attending an accredited 4 year College or University.
3. GPA 3.0 or above.
4. Demonstrate financial need.
5. Twenty five (25) hours of PAL participation, (example:
    Program participation, Volunteer PAL events, TPD Police
    Explorers, etc.).

Please submit the following items with your application

1. High School or College Transcript
2. Two letters of reference, including one from the academic field
     and one from persons not related to you.
3. A 200-word essay explaining, "how this scholarship will
    impact my college education".
