To offer the youth of our community
a positive
alternative to negative
influences in the community by
merging
sports, cultural, educational, recreational, and civic activities.
To provide young people with the opportunity to know police officers
and community volunteers as friends, mentors, and role models. To
help
all youth develop leadership traits,
respect for themselves,
and respect
for others, thereby building good
citizens for tomorrow.

PAL is a cooperative
effort of the Titusville Police Department, a volunteer board of
directors, business and citizens. PAL is funded by public
contributions and governed by the volunteer Board of Directors.
Money raised by PAL is used to run programs for the youth who
participate. PAL provides an avenue for participation for many
youth, who would not otherwise be able to participate in
organized athletics. PAL was organized with sports as the
primary focus. The idea was, and still is, to use sports as an
avenue to reach children who need positive values in their
lives. Living in an ever-changing world PAL has now added a
Youth Enrichment Center. Our goal is to help shape the youth of
today, which will have a direct affect on the future of
tomorrow.
Why PAL instead of some other activity group? PAL has
police officers in your community showing the youth that they
care, they are human, and are willing to help them. PAL provides
a safe place for kids from 7-18 to play, socialize and learn.
